Digital distribution

digital-distribution-logosIf you want to get your music out there via iTunes and the like, we can help you with that too.

CD Baby and Tunecore distribute to an obscene amount of digital stores including iTunes, AmazonMP3, eMusic, Spotify, Rhapsody, MySpace Music, Nokia and Zune.

All you have to do to get started is sign up at either CD Baby or Tunecore. Then we'll upload your tracks for you to ensure maximum audio quality for your release. If you would rather use a different distributor, or a direct sale site like the very cool Bandcamp, we can also help.

How do I choose between CD Baby and Tunecore?

Tunecore's model is that they charge you a yearly fee, but you get 100% of the royalties they collect. This is perfect if your release is expected to sell well and you expect good ongoing sales.

CD Baby, on the other hand, charge you only one up-front fee, but takes a commission on royalties. This works out better if your release is expected to have smaller sales or is a back catalogue item.
